3. BoardTracker.com is accepting public signups. BoardTracker.com reserves the right to decline any individual or group from joining its service without any need for proof of cause or justification and shall not be liable for any damage for doing so. By signing up you agree to this term. 
4. You should not use your account with BoardTracker.com in any way in fraudulent or abusive way. You should not use your account to spam. 
5. BoardTracker.com values the privacy of its users. Nonetheless, in any case of breach of privacy regardless of possible or potential damage that may be associated with that, BoardTracker.com will not be held liable. By signing up you agree to this term. 
6. You do not receive, earn or buy any legal claims over the service parts of it. 
7. You are allowed to use it only as long as you are a user of the system and do not violate the rules of the system. 
8. BoardTracker.com may change, add or remove functionalities without prior notice. BoardTracker.com will not be held liable for any damage from changes in the service. 
9. BoardTracker.com reserves the right to terminate the use of the service by any user without any need for proof or justification and shall not be liable for any damage for doing so. By signing up you agree to this term. 
10. BoardTracker.com reserves the right to take any actions deems necessary or desired under its discretion against any user who violates the terms laid here and shall not be liable for any damage for doing so. By signing up you agree to this term. 
11. Rules may change at any given moment without prior notification. In a case of change, the new rules will apply immediately after publication in the system. and in a case of contradiction between the old rules (you have agreed to initially by signing up) and the new rules, the new rules will apply, with the exception and consideration of rule A. By signing up you agree to accept this rule and all the other rules laid here.
